Leah H. Keller

Policy Manager

Leah H. Keller joined the Guttmacher Institute’s public policy team in 2016. As a Policy Manager, Ms. Keller focuses on health reform, the Affordable Care Act, international gender-based violence, and adolescents’ sexual and reproductive health and rights in the United States. She received her master’s degree in public health, with a focus on maternal and child health, from George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health, and a BA in anthropology from St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
