Megan K. Donovan

Senior Policy Manager

Megan Donovan is a Senior Policy Manager in the Washington, DC office of the Guttmacher Institute who focuses on access to abortion in the United States. Prior to joining the Institute in 2016, she served as Federal Policy Counsel at the Center for Reproductive Rights, and before that as a Staff Attorney for the Fair Elections Legal Network. Ms. Donovan graduated with a joint honors degree in history and political science from Trinity College, Dublin, and earned a JD and an MA in Latin American studies from the University of Arizona.
