Major Developments in Sexual & Reproductive Health

By the end of April, 22 states legislatures (AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IA, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC and VT) and the District of Columbia have convened their regular sessions. 23 legislatures (AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MS, NE, NM, OR, SD, TN, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI and WY) have adjourned their regular sessions. North Carolina will convene in May. There are four legislatures (MT, NV, ND and TX) that will not meet in regular session in 2022. (Updated for April 30, 2022.)
