Mariah Menanno (she/her) joined the Guttmacher Institute in 2023 as a Senior Research Assistant. Her primary research interests include social and behavioral factors driving abortion and contraceptive use. Previously, Ms. Menanno conducted fieldwork in Cambodia and Lesotho and worked for domestic public health organizations, including the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. She holds a BS in public health and an MPH with a concentration in epidemiology and biostatistics, both from Drexel University.
