Noli Ann Vega joined the Guttmacher Institute in September 2016. She helps to develop, implement and monitor the Institute’s digital communications strategy through social media outreach, online marketing efforts and analytics. Before joining the Institute, Ms. Vega was a Communications Associate at Foundation Center, where she worked to promote new products and services and build audience engagement on- and off-line. She has also volunteered with several leading gender equality and reproductive health organizations. Ms. Vega earned a BA in political science and women’s studies from Lehman College of the City University of New York.
