As Vice President of Finance and Administration, Rebecca leads the Guttmacher Institute’s Finance, IT, and Operations departments. An Industrial Engineer by training and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she specializes in optimizing organizational “engines” to ensure technical precision supports mission-critical work.
Rebecca joined Guttmacher in March 2026 following a successful tenure as a Chief Financial Officer in the non-profit sector. Her approach blends rigorous financial oversight with a passion for operational excellence, further informed by her current studies in Private Equity and Venture Capital at Columbia Business School.
A firm believer in the philosophy of "High-Yield Living," Rebecca is committed to maximizing the impact of every resource—both in the boardroom and in her personal life. Outside of her professional role, she is a dedicated dog owner to her Doberman, Lyuba, and her Labrador, Ruslan.
