Salena Rott (she/her) is a Human Resources Manager at the Guttmacher Institute, which she joined in 2022 as a Human Resources Generalist. Ms. Rott has more than 15 years of diverse work experience—in fields ranging from the real estate industry to medical settings. She earned her bachelor’s degree in community health education from York College and her master’s degree in human resources management from the Stony Brook University School of Professional Development. Ms. Rott loves scary movies, and her hobbies include sewing and gardening.
