Research Associate

Octavia Mulhern

Portrait of Octavia Mulhern

Octavia Mulhern (she/her) joined the Guttmacher institute in 2022 as a research associate. Her research interests include contraceptive use and access to abortion in low- and middle-income countries, as well as gender-based and intimate partner violence. She holds a BA in Global Public Health and History from New York University and an MSc in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
