Managi Lord-Biggers

Managi Lord-Biggers is a Policy Associate, Federal Issues, focusing on contraception and family planning. Managi joined Guttmacher in April 2022 as a Policy Administrative Assistant. In that role, he helped coordinate the work of the state, global and federal policy teams. Managi worked closely with the state policy team in tracking state legislation and produced state sheets for our partnership with the State Innovation Exchange. Prior to joining the Institute, Managi served as a Government Affairs Specialist at Molina Healthcare, a Medicaid and Medicare health care provider, where he provided analysis on legislation, lobbied in congressional and state offices, and managed the political action committee.
