Abortion bans hurt everyone. But they’re most harmful to people with the fewest resources, including those already impacted by systemic racism and economic injustice.

When these challenges are layered on top of additional barriers like abortion bans, cost, travel distance, stigma and health disparities, access to abortion—to critical health care—falls even further out of reach.

Policymakers must act now:
- Pass the Women's Health Protection Act
- Repeal the Hyde Amendment
- Enact supportive state laws
