The US Supreme Court has rejected the baseless case seeking to restrict mifepristone, one of two drugs used in the most common US medication abortion regimen. This case was rooted in bad faith, without any basis in fact or science. The Court made the only reasonable decision in leaving access to mifepristone unchanged.
