Partnerships & Projects

After the successful release of the Guttmacher-Lancet Commission report in 2018, the Commission built on this momentum by hosting dozens of events with stakeholders around the world—including in Accra, Addis Ababa, Bangkok, Buenos Aires, Brussels, Geneva, London and Rio de Janeiro—and developing engagement opportunities in global and regional spaces. In 2019, the Commission expanded this ongoing work by initiating country-level engagement through partnerships with civil society organizations in three countries: Lebanon, Mexico and Zambia. The aim of this collaborative work is to integrate the report’s findings and recommendations in support of local advocacy efforts. Read on for more information about the Commission’s three partners.
